My Story
My work today is shaped by a blend of clinical experience, personal health challenges, and a commitment to offering people the time and clarity they deserve.
I began expanding my work outside the NHS when I realised I wanted to offer people more time, space, and personalised support than the system often allows. I’ve always been committed to helping people feel better, but I sometimes felt limited in how deeply I could support someone within the structure of the service. I still work within the NHS and value that role, it continues to shape the care and perspective I bring to my practice.
My own health journey pushed me to look for a different approach. The conventional treatment pathway was taking me down a road I didn’t want to follow, with minimal explanation and limited solutions. That’s what led me to study naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I’ll be honest: I didn’t even know what Naturopathy meant at first. But it offered a completely new perspective, and it was exactly what I needed.
With a tsunami of information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of what’s right for you. I learned that the body has an innate ability to heal but it needs the right input, the right support, and the right environment to thrive.
Although I am a Registered Nurse and continue to uphold the NMC Code of Conduct, the services I offer here are provided solely in my capacity as a Nutritional Therapist. This means I do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical advice in the way a nurse would. Instead, I focus on nutrition and lifestyle support that works alongside, not in place of, your existing medical care.
Now, I support people who feel unheard, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn next. My work is about helping you make sense of what your body is trying to tell you, cutting through the noise, and guiding you toward simple, therapeutic changes that create real impact. My aim is to offer clarity, confidence, and personalised support so you can move forward feeling informed, empowered, and in control of your health.
